(Chicago Heights, Illinois) True Heights Treatment is excited to welcome Stacey Jones, LCPC, to the practice. Jones, who earned her Master of Arts in Mental Health Counseling at St. Xavier University in 2014, has eight years of experience in the counseling field with a history of working in the social services and nonprofit industries, primarily in Chicago’s South suburbs and Northwest Indiana. She also holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from Governors State University and an associate degree from Prairie State College in Early Childhood Education and Teaching. Jones also spent about a decade working in education before earning her master’s.


Jones is trained in multiple treatment approaches including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Gottman Method (couples) and Brainspotting (trauma). Jones specializes in anxiety, depression, trauma, and post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD). Jones brings a compassionate, strengths-based approach to counseling to True Heights Treatment LLC, helping clients to work on their individual goals. She strives for her clients to leave therapy with important tools they need to make positive and meaningful changes in their lives. Stacey Jones also is a licensed mental health counselor in the state of Indiana and holds a certificate as an Illinois Certified Domestic Violence Professional. Her practice is exclusive to BlueCross and BlueShield and Evernorth (Formerly Cigna Behavioral Health).


About True Heights Treatment: Was founded in July of 2018 with the goal of providing mental health counseling, employee assistance programs and DUI evaluations to the clients the practice serves both online and at the Chicago Heights headquarters.
